1. Where can I park?
We have ample onsite parking available.
2. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
We are a licensed venue, so we kindly ask that all food and beverages are to be purchased from Gladstone Hotel.
5. Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate our guest’s dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen-free. In saying this, Gladstone is more than happy to assist with appropriate meals for guests with food allergies where we can!
7. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! As well as accessible restrooms and parking.
8. What are your opening hours?
Monday – Thursday: 10am – 2am | Friday – Saturday: 10am – 2am | Sunday: 10am – 12am

10. Can minors under 18 come into the venue?
Minors are allowed on the premises, but they need to be supervised at all times. Please note that minors are not permitted in The Sports Bar areas and must be out of venue from 10pm or by 9pm if live entertainment has started.
11. Do I need to make a reservation?
Bookings are not required but are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Our casual bookings can accommodate for groups of up to 30 guests, including children.
12. Do you allow walk-ins?
What’s a local without being able to walk in at any time? Of course we offer walk-ins! You are more than welcome to walk in at any time and find yourself an available space in any of our walk-in dedicated areas!
15. Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, all areas of the hotel are fully air-conditioned.
17. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours if you cannot make your booking.
