Conditions of Entry

TO MEET OUR OBLIGATIONS AND TO PROTECT THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF OUR CUSTOMERS, STAFF AND COMMUNITY, ALL VISITORS TO GLADSTONE HOTEL ARE TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

• Provision of full name and mobile number at time of arrival
  
  
• Showing no signs of illness on or after entry
  
  
• Agree to practice good hygiene and encourage physical distancing during their stay
  
  
• Agree to wear a face mask indoors when not consuming food and beverage.
  
  
• Be seated whilst indoors unless using amenities or facilities
  
  
• Has not been in close contact with an overseas traveller who arrived in the last 14 days
  
  
• Has not been in close contact with a person who has tested positive to COVID-19 within the last 14 days
  
  
• Is not currently COVID-19 positive, awaiting COVID-19 test results or been advised to self-isolate
